Yes I do, but I use it for noise control more than anything else, though I do notice once it opens up I start building up more power. I would correlate that power build up to the way it's set up in where it starts as the OE Y pipe setup and as boost builds and opens up the valve it forms into the full blown X pipe.

The whole job turned out really clean and nice.

I just love the way it sounds. I can never get bored of hearing it when I take it out. :)

At $5.20/ gallon it's more about the smiles/ gallon at this point.

Yep. Sad but true. These days I try to focus less on the price and focus more on the fun that I have.

what headers do you have matched to it? I'll be keeping the DT LT's, having some vband flanges welded on, haven't decided on the mids yet, if I want to keep it "street legal" and have cats added, or maybe get a two sets of mids just in case, then copy yours from there on.

Canadians love to brag about gas prices, so here it is, the price up here was $7.60/gal a couple of weeks ago. It's gone down slightly since. Also where I live are the lowest prices in the country. It's like we're becoming Europe.

But, Canadians get paid more, and our dollar is worth a lot less than yours, so there is that.

I have the OE headers. Lol. Mids are present, but not present at the same time if you know what I mean. There is an ever slight rasp present, but it is not ugly and it gives it some nice character. I really love the exotic sound it has under boost inducing X converting throttle.

I miss my KTM Enduro 690R... I was averaging 70mpg on that. It also required premium.

2019 BMW F750GS I get about 45-50 mpg most of the time. I can get closer to 55 if cruising on the highway at a decent speed.

We did 3000 miles on our recent trip up to Portland from Az to pick up our Camper. It was $1100+ for gas. The highest we paid was 5.50 in California somewhere. The lowest was in Oregon and was like 3.90. The average was right around 4.30-4.50. I averaged around 220 miles to the tank most of the time.. not driving conservable and averaging 70-80.. so around 12MPG. A couple tanks I saw around 260+. Total average was around 13-14 I'd say. Loaded down and again, not babying it. Lots of mountain passes and winding roads.

The truck did fantastic though, and the Wilwoods were a HUGE improvement. I did rub the braided brake line a little bit, I'm assuming through the winding mountain passes with all the tight turns + body roll. It wore through the clear coating, so I'll probably wrap that section in some clear seal tape/wrap I found.

With my ~300lb wedge camper and mixed highway driving I average around 14.5mpg. No "mods" other than a 2.6" pulley and aFe airbox. Still on TRD tune, stock exhaust. 32" Load range C tires on 17" rims. Once I get the cam gears in, I'm hoping to average closer to 16mpg.

Keep it under 65 and go easy on the throttle (when you can).

With the cam gears and my N/A motor, I saw about a 0.5-1 mpg increase.

Yeah.. even with all the supporting performance mods.. the truck is just heavy. I'm trying to tread the fine line of function and weight savings. All aluminum armor minus the rear dual swing out. The camper is only 340lbs. But I'm running 35s now as well... But regeared. So it's definitely all contributing factors. I'm ok with an average of 14-15ish considering what the truck is. My thing is range. I'm considering that 32g tank sometime in the future.
