    It is just when people on the TV wear one of the hats hung on it hahah! I had a buddy that always wore a baseball hat with hair sticking out the bottom so it never occurred to me that he was bald as a cue ball except for the "friar Tuck" his hat just "barely" reached. Scared the crap out of me one day when his hat got knocked off haha
