Because I think a mini van motor would be a little weak for a house.

Minivans are pretty badass. You'll eat humble pie when a van full of teenagers blows by you on the trail in their Chrysler Town & Country.

A Chrysler Town & Country wouldn't make it through the first creek crossing to my spot.

I've seen some strange things on the trails straight out of the junkyard or a parent's driveway that didn't cost $380k (sans a Town & Country)

The ads I get are for Volvo. Thinking they are tailored.

The central A/C in my house is more powerful than the motor in that truck!

You are not wrong. But, you could sell your house and have a badass 3rd Gen (and be homeless)

I always wondered why the Sienna didn't have a torqueir engine. Who revs a mini van to the moon?

You can sell the bed and it offsets the price to $379,000

I’ll take the Tacoma. In coastal northern Cali $380000 buys you a home with as much living space and a family of rats to keep you company.

    I live in a van...I pee in a cup.

The ads on that page are based on each viewers search history, product pattern, ad engagement, etc. So what have you been looking at on the internet?

500Ah is a lot of juice but
A: an oven would eat that up real quick
B: a couple, 100w panels on the roof are going to take a long time recharge those batteries. Even if there was 400w of panels it'd take >2 days of ideal conditions.

Or you just run the truck half the time for the DC-DC charger.
