There's no chat here when you're banned....

I spent like 15 years on the road eating in restaurants and drinking all the things while staying up late partying. Apparently it finally caught up to me.

The good news is that you can fix most things like that in a relatively short period of time by changing diet and exercising. I've always been active and mostly eat very well. When COVID first hit I spent about 2 weeks not really doing much cardio because of all the lockdown BS. In that 2 weeks I started to feel like shit. The next weekend I went on a really heart rate heavy hike to punish myself for being such a lazy fuck. After I got done and my heart rate slowed I immediately felt better. For me, exercise isn't only about physical health it also appears to be about mental health.

Stick with whatever guidelines the docs gave and push past the point of thinking your gonna pass out when doing cardio. You'd be amazed how much further your body can go after your mind gives up.

Body fixes itself pretty quick with a decent diet, some exercise and refraining from having that 9th beer at the hotel bar because you're bored out of your skull agreeing with everything your customer is saying to you.

My mental health will improve drastically when I'm rich as fuck and can spend all day sleeping on my boat maybe catching a fish now and again.

I wanted to eat steak once last month, 2 cuts of New York strip were almost $50, said nope. Put them back and went pick up a pack of deli meat and bread. They weren’t even nice cuts, they were maybe 3/4” thick cuts

Mostly the last 2. Red meat is not the villian it was thought to be in the 80s/90s.

Beverages really do go under the radar for a lot of people. Soft drinks are gawdawful for you in just about every way. Beer is also very caloric.

Then theres the novel trend of "daily starbucks" with weight-complainin' bitches having a 500cal milkshake with breakfast every morning.

Corn syrup is just good ole sugar like any other but its in fucking everything. Your bagels, your salad dressing, your coffee creamer. Those asshole corn growing farmers have DC by the balls and we're running out of places to put the excess. There's corn juice in your gas, corn syrup in everything you eat or drink, its pretty much all we feed livestock in the large agra operations...

Much more inconvenient and expensive to eat minimally processed and avoid a lot of these additives these days.

So where I'm going with this is make sure you hold a diversified portfolio and be sure to rebalance if this current mini-dip gets bigger!

There trading at about 2X cash in hand right now. If they prove they can have a constant revenue stream they will be worth at least 10X current price. Hell, if the shorts lay the fuck off they'd still be at at least $5. lol
