    Thanks! first time makin them at a weldin shop my dad owns so i had some helpfull info befor getting started but have done all the work myself.

    Wow! That's pretty handy. I just saw you're 18, I'm 17 so it gives me a lot of hope to see how good your truck looks. How did you hook up the lights under your dash?

    i hooked up the pos(+) and grounds(-) from each one together and then just put them into the cig lighter connector on the back of the piece of trim that has my switches on it that way they cut on and off with the truck!

    make it nxt friday and you got yourself a deal:D Ill be building a front and rear one soon as possible!

    edit: and a skid plate, which will probably come before the bumpers but sooner or later ill have it all done.

    Haha yea man they are comin out wayy better than i thought they would and we got like 6 other people wantin a set now including the Co-owner of the shop. I would have bought some like most everyone else but i just get a better satisfaction when i can say that ive done it myself:D, otherwise i would be ordering a set of the hybrids like max-4.

    yea, me too except im going to try and plate some of it off so you dont see all of the frame and whatnot behind it! then i just dont know if i want a plate or tube rear:confused:

    haha thats funny cause man idk how to weld today was my first time doing it with people watchin and kinda coaching me through it but like i say as long as the welds are holdin a grinder can make it pretty;)! and actually one fell out of the vise today just tacked up and it held on fine so im damn positive these puppies are gonna be strong and they weight about 45lbs a piece:eek:. wasn't expecting that.
