Last time I bought tires, a cert was more than a single new tire. Didn't make sense.

How do you like the stance on the 17" counter steers? Assuming you don't have a wheel spacer?

Looks like I have a new helper while I rebuild the front suspension..

 

How difficult is the speaker replacement? Looking at doing it on mine. Looked through Crutchfield catalogue and I think the JBL Club 6x8's are what I'll go with. Did you use the stock wires? Stock mounting holes? And are you running an amp? I just want clearer and slightly louder sound.

 

Making slow progress but getting wires ran and lights mounted.

Awning mounts and Hi Lift mounts are also finished.

 

No Installation pics, sorry, but I did install a New Kenwood 594BT double din stereo, and I mounted my scan gauge next to the windshield using the "Velcro" method. Time will tell if that will hold up to the heat next year, but for now it's working great. I wish the cable would have been about a foot longer. I'm waiting on a pair of KENWOOD KFC-C6866S 6x8 speakers to arrive today. The stereo puts out 22RMS of power and the speakers are rated for 30RMS, so they should pair up nicely. Now I need to run down to home depot for some sound deadening material.


went out and installed my new Wix fuel filter after posting the above photos, or should I say my brother crawled under the Taco and did it for me.Nasty gas came out of the OEM filter, so glad I did this instead of waiting.

 

Finally got around to putting in the Kenwood head unit I've been sitting on. Gonna miss playing tapes on the stock stereo but glad to finally have bluetooth!

Agree 100%. I still have about 20 cassette tapes. Will have to hold on to them just in case.

At -10mm, the stance is great with the 285s. No wheel spacers.
