Picked up these 2 Bora adjustable saw horses. Well worth the extra money. Legs drop freely with the push of a nice button on the side and collapse easily with the press of a lever. Will definitely be beneficial on future jobs. Fit nicely on the top shelf in my garage, next to table saw stand. They're 2/3 on the shelf. Wide angle camera makes overhang appear more.

I'd recommend. Adjustable legs are key. One setting is just right for use with a small piece of plywood I have for use as an out feed table for table saw. And those side mounts for 2x4's add so much flexibility for table/work station variations.

The top of that area is 3 homes being built and the final grade has yet to be completed so there is a lot of wash out right now....

Im surprised they wont put a retaining wall there and make it flat for small, flat backyard. other houses seem to have that

Why bother? In this market they'll sell either way.

All the subdivisions near me are being built with smaller and smaller yards. Houses around 20' apart at most. I think most people moving to places like that prefer no yard upkeep.
