Plan for today...none really. Guess need to tell my wife sorry when she get home. She was looking for my sons spare car keys, twice, then asked me have I seen them, (I just rolled outta bed remember), I look and the key she's looking for is right there! I say it's right there, she ask where? I guess I was a dick...said right here as I hastily pulled it off the hook:facepalm:
Anyway I could tell it hurt her feelings. She took car to put a spare tire on it for him.

:facepalm:Give her a hug and say sorry.
Yesterday morning I got up to use baffroom and my wife scolded ( I felt that way) because I didn’t do a great job with cleaning a couple spots that are sometimes overlooked in the tub. The facecloth hanger things need more work. I had trouble because sore and figured I would try again later. Well I forgot . So I bit her head off and she was absolutely bull shit and still won’t talk to me. I told her I was half asleep and felt it unnecessary to get so pissed .
I might be single by spring anyway and that sucks

Serious question. Where can I get cheap oil, filter and filter wrench for my taco? That doesn’t void the warranty. My 20,000 mile change was due 5000 miles ago

Our Walmart now carries the filters, and I use Mobil1 0-20 from there. I ordered the filter wrench from Motiv-X tools. You can also find filters and the drain plug gaskets, even the filter housing tools on Amazon.

Check the mail. This just come from my dealer a couple days ago. $25 off would make it fairly cheap I would think.20211204_101653.jpg

I bought my truck 5 years ago in March and have never gotten diddly squat from the dealership. My brother gets stuff all the time from the Chevy dealership. I told him Toyota dealers know you’re happy so don’t waste time trying to sell you anything else :D

    Yes.
Just save the receipts and you're good.
I forget the name of the court case, but changing the oil yourself cannot be used as grounds for denying a warranty claim.
It's been discussed here on TW from time to time...

I asked the service writer about why we used to get offers from a different dealer and I think he said you need to request being put on the mailing list:notsure:

And I covered him because I'm a sucker
When I used to take my Subaru in I'd just ask whatever specials they had going on and most the time they'd slap some sort of discount on my oil change.
