    I got tried of people speculating and ranting opinions about whether or not a Light weight crankshaft pulley would increase HP.
    So I did 2 Dyno runs and put the controversy to rest for the Supercharged 5VZFE

    All else equal between the 2 runs including ambient temperature outside and Supercharger temperature.

    The LCE light weight crankshaft pulley yielded an increase of 10 hp and hp came sooner. Skeptics and naysayers please keep your opinions to yourself.

    Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
    i ran one on my 01 for a couple years before i started my whole mess. no complaints. engine felt way peppier. and that was not supercharged. negative effects caused by the loss of the harmonic dampener? unknown.. its not a balancer.. but yea it does help negate harmonics that may damage the crank.. but at what RPM? no clue..

    something weird went on at the end of that dyno run. power spiked up way more than it should have.

    Perhaps but you’ll notice that it reach 247 hp at 80 miles an hour

    I wonder what is the longevity of the aluminum crank pulley? Hopefully they use better material than they do on the charger pulley. I don't know about torqueing aluminum in general to 184~217 ft-lb without damage. I know the charger pulley don't last for sh1t.

    This is an LCE item not URD and I agree but
    the crankshaft turns at up to 5k and supercharger pulley turns at 12k plus, so hopefully LCE makes a better coating.
    I probably wouldn’t buy the URD one because the URD supercharger pulley wears out on me in 30k miles,
    Might have to add this LCE pulley to my list of mods going forward

    i have a nst aluminum pully on my car thats been on for 4 years now. supercharger pulley being as small as it is has to transfer alot of torque with a small amout of surface area. crank pully should last much longer

    Why is there a cross in torque but not HP at the same RPMs

    Edit: nvm, the axis is mph. Must be a transmission thing, but still weird
