    Stock again- rip slug
Slugs exhaust is patched and hangar welded again. I knocked a quarter sized hole near the rear axle somehow lmao

Gonna wash it at my parents while helping my brother with his exhaust. Pics soon

Won't argue that. I've slowed down a lot

I'm a far cry from working on the trucks/house til midnight every day like I used to. Maybe a couple hours a week right now

Yeah it’s hard to sustain that kind of stuff. And interests change or fluctuate.

Definitely. I keep walking past my fishing gear and telling myself it's time to let it go. I have gone like 2x in 5 years and I'm not really excited to go again.

It's been a long year in terms of extended family drama and personal stuff so I just haven't had the energy to work on projects as much outside of the necessary.

My Tacoma goal has slid from "SAS this winter" to "fix it enough to go camping again".

    I know those feels.

I’m over here like, “I’m only a year and a half into my two month office build”…

And it’s totally ok. My fishing pole hasn’t been used in years, but it’s still here if I want it. It could happen, or I’ll donate it if I need the space.

what does the taco need for camping?

Because once the office is done, then I can actually get my crawl box installed…

And then I can get the ‘new’ rear bumper built and installed…

And then I can wrap up all the stupid little shit on the truck…

    blah blah blah

Why would I want all those sweet mods on my truck when they look so good on the shelf?!

I need to swap out this boat anchor of a rear axle first. My buddy gave me a factory elocker housing. I need to cut 4 link stuff off of and set up for leafs again. Not too bad for an immediate step towards sanity after putting my third into it.

I just want to get the crawler put together a bit more first. I thought I was close with the ram rebuild and reservoir update but then noticed it's spitting out the axle shim and u bolts are loose on the front DS. Need to take it more apart and make sure I didn't break the center pin. A couple hour task just haven't been stoked to do it lol

I also need to do the clutch, it's slipping in low range lol

Best to buy them now, you're saving money. Can you imagine how much those parts are gonna cost in 5 years???

Thats kind of how I've looked at it

On the other hand it's just a Shakespeare setup and a bunch of hand me down flies that I probably have $50 into so it won't hurt too bad to start over if i get the urge

When they say pay to play, it’s more time than money

Yeah, Toyota stuff is honestly pretty cheap to play with given the abundance of parts. Time is definitely limiting lol. I actually have more time after moving but I also spend more of it walking the dogs and keeping up with chores etc than I used to soooo

And I've been looking at videos to do a core support replacement on this Sentra I'm picking up. As if I need another project :homer: I'll probably pull it with a strap and call it a day if I can get a headlight assembly in after that
