You literally just made me double check I hadn’t forgotten to get them….

XTigers with the clear lenses for overcast light like today. Wouldn’t have been a huge loss.

Yea the rain is on its way here now. Just light sprinkling during my ride.

That was my go to method before I got the Diamondback cover.

Actually, I still managed to fit the two with their front wheels hanging outside the tailgate if I opened up the back panel of the DB cover all the way (180deg), EDIT: before adding the bed rack and rtt. However, I had to place the bikes diagonally, side-by-side still, but even closer together without the rear wheel stands I normally used; it was a very tight fit. To avoid scratching up the bikes (Edit: and with plans to add a bed rack with rtt), I decided to get the Yakima Dr. Tray hitch rack. That rack was cool because it still allowed for both the tailgate and rtt to fully open, even while bikes were stowed on the Dr. Tray.

For SUV’s, the Dr. Tray had a 30deg down tilt with locking feature to help the liftgate clear any bikes on the racks.

The camper shells are a good way to keep hauling bikes over the tailgate and keeping stuff in the bed more secure /out of sight than just having an open bed.

Yea I was slammed with work/school during the week plus my wife was out of town so I missed all of the glorious weather and woke up yesterday to absolute garbage. Before I got out of bed Saturday morning, @jjones.yota scouted out the trails and said they were garbage.

Hasn’t rained around oak mtn, plus our trail system drains well.

I haven’t been on a bike since mid September. Marriage, honeymoon, thanksgiving, working on house. It’s been hectic.

I do still plan on getting new bike and maybe I can talk my brother into riding this slash I’ve been riding. I mean it is his

Towel works! I used a moving blanket that stayed in the bed of the truck until I got my OneUp rack.

Like others said, just get out and enjoy the outdoors and ride. It’s the riding 5-6 days a week that is keeping me from losing my mind with the last two years.

But, just ride my friend! Nothing else. And enjoy every second you can!

The 1up wins in spades for hitch options. It’s typically my go to. I don’t leave mine on the truck full time so it can be a hassle to load up the rack for quick local rides.

You guys should buy something to support my bike habits. This sawmill blade is 44” diameter.

That thing is thicc, 4mm is heavy to pick up.

I can cut and ship a lot of stuff being thinner and smaller size of course.

Hmmmmm. I could use a cool metal something or other for my garage/work bench/bike work area…..let me see what I can come up with.

I leave mine on all summer. It's been super nice being able to just toss the bike on and go in a few seconds.

Not ideal if you're worried about it being stolen or need your tailgate often.

I regret not buying the quick handle for lowering the rack. I've been waiting for my next trip to the US to pick one up and skip shipping.
