    Heres my rant...
So I took my taco in for its 5k oil change at about 3 1/2 hrs I said give my truck u guys are ridiculous and they didn't even wash it.. The service guy said I can come back any day for free car wash

Ok so Toyota service department keeps calling
After about 4 calls While I'm at work I pick up
And the lady ask how was the service so I said shitty 3+ hrs for oil change is not good so she tells
Me it's take that long usually and the wash takes a while I said my truck didn't get washed and I'm changing dealers for service

Yeah, plan on getting picked up when dropping your truck off at the dealership. I made an appointment to get my dads 5k service done on his prius and waited almost 2hrs. I figured they were doing some futuristic technologically advanced things to the hybrid motor. Hahaa, then I find out it was only a tire rotation.

Hate to say it man but that's normal. You can't expect a dealership to produce a quick turnaround time, and I think everyone assumes that too. When I need stealership work done I drop my vehicle off right after work at 630 and pick it up next day, and I'd be pretty irritated if they start working on your truck before mine. There may have been night drops and such that were before you so that may have pushed you back. Either way, never wait and expect a particular time, they always take forever.

As for the car wash, be thankful they didn't wash it, they always destroy it anyways. I always request it not to be washed too. Lol.

I know what you can do next time. Just take some GET THE FUCK OVER IT, before you go in for the next oil change and you will be fine. I promise. :D

At 100 miles round trip to the dealership I bought my truck at, doing the oil change myself is cheaper in gas and time than using the prepaid service.

    No worries....
    Go to a different dealership.

My local dealership is full of a bunch of MOOooorons and I absolutely hate their attitude. My favorit dealer is 30 miles away - and that's where I bought my truck.

I'll go back to my local dealership in hopes they'll redeem themselves and somehow impress me - but everytime, its something different and they still piss me off. If I really need something, I'll drive 30 miles to get it!!

(I do my own oil changes, tire rotations, etc)

The first time I took my tacoma to the dealership for oil change they spill oil on my engine and left it like that and I ask them to grease the drive shaft which they did not but charged me for it. so now I do it myself and no wait time done right. I only go see them if I have to.
