December 18th weekend I'm all in

 

Have y’all done Blakey MT in Madison with us? It’s not a crazy technical trail but fun to do something a little different.

 

No. Something different is good.

 

No we haven’t been there

 

Blakey MT was a fun little trail, especially in the fog and drizzle!

 

We could start near the south entrance at Bald Top Brewing Co. it’s about 10 mins of back roads to the trail head. Then it’s ~45mins from the north end to our little fire pit in a field if we wanted to hang out there afterwards.

 

Sounds like a fun day! I’m down for camping as long as it’s not really cold at night.

Thanks! Guy said the body shop wanted to replace the bedside and he wanted me to get it to where it would be repairable. Should be able to be bodyshopped now.

Are you thinking this weekend? I'm ready to try out the new suspension sans smoothies. Will be taking off the sway bar me thinks.

Hey Bill, glad you said something. Once I got it off the lift I only had a fingers width space between the reservoir and sway bar at ride height. Tonight I played around with the hoses and got another inch of clearance. I think I'm going to just take the damn sway bar off so I dont have to worry about it.

Added some 3/4" spacers on the back wheels while I had it up. Oh yeah!

 

I think you won’t notice the sway bar going away with the new shocks. They should control the front end pretty well. And thanks!
