    Afternoon :hattip:

    Just got back from the VA where I had an Ortho appt for both knee's . After examining my l/ knee the doctor mentioned I've got a torn meniscus and torn ligaments plus a knee joint that needs a replacement done

    The doctor mentioned either of these injuries caused the other injury which caused the hyper extension that made it painful to walk
