I looked at those a while back. I'm not sure my carpentry skills are good enough to pull it off though.

I think our definitions of old and outdated are different!

    I think both look fantastic.

They have complete door, just have to set it like any door you get. Or you can build your own with just hinges

if that's old, my kitchen is from the bronze era then. Love both versions of your kitchen though!

My kitchen is simply waiting for 80's oak to come back into style. Someday it will be the new modern, just not today.

I actually enjoy trying to get value and efficiency out of things vs updating on a regular cycle. gen1 tacomas are a good example of that.

House was built in 2014. Original owner used Ikea junk, which everyone knows doesn't last long. Purchased the property in 2017 and thought it was about time to remodel.

Yea all the windows have been "upgraded" some time ago. They're basic, but double hung units. While it's on a busy road I couldn't hear the traffic at all. Even so my only neighbors are a farm field, pasture, and a church :D

Here's hoping so! They've verbally agreed to a number, just have to make it official.

The cord is long enough to reach into the living room  A widowed lady lived there since the property was deeded to her and her late husband by her brother next door in 1965. First order of business is closing in the carport. Will have to special order a garage door (9' x 6'6") day after closing as the height is a little low. Takes a little while to come in. After I recover funds from that it needs a 200amp panel upgrade badly. This is all if the septic and well come back ok.

The basement looks prime for a theater room! Hit me up if you want some help laying it out. :D
