I'd look into tankless with a detailed eye. They are not all they are cracked up to be. Find a competent contractor/plumber that you trust and ask them for their honest opinion. 9 times out of 10 they will steer you away from them.

To have a beer in a 45 min wait line is a benefit for me. I can only imagine how many idiots are at snowbowl. I am not up there to get drunk and turn peoples day on the mountain bad.

Or Zoleo...they both use the Iridium system, and GEOS for monitoring. Can't really go wrong with either...

The TRD badges are dumb, but otherwise it makes more sense than buying a CUV.

The problem I see is when the shortage is over and things return back to normal the prices of tires won't go down.

I certainly cant argue with that. Its the same as construction costs. People are now "used" to paying the inflated rates. Why drop them back down.

Yup, I’ve watched them go up about $25 a tire while I kicked it around if I wanted them or not, on top of the already $30-40 up that I had been from a year or so ago. I’ve caught them in stock here in there, but after certs etc it’s about $1700-$1800.
But I also only drive 5 miles a day so if I wait for the stock tires to wear out as my reasoning I’ll have the truck forever lol, so eventually somethings going to give and I’ll get them.

Well oof. That sucks. But being in the building industry I would settle for whatever you can find in a timely fashion.
