What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Just put in new headlights, had to take my grille off for adjustment, I will send a pic later of what it looks like with the grille lights wired up too

Also, my raptor grille's lights are currently amber, but I have a friend who can print new color filters for it, do y'all think I should do white to match the DRLs on the lights, or leave the grill lights alone?

 

I finally got around to doing the fog Light anytime mod

 

Love this mod on my 2008. I use it all the time. Still need to do this and bypass the DRL on the 2012.

I love my stiffeners I installed. I went with the TC's, but you can't really go wrong with any of the brands. So much more functional with those additional tie downs too.
I have a 14' with the LED's and two of those little LED's are already out. I'd have to replace the whole tail light vs replacing a cheap bulb if I wanted to address it. I like the LED look better, but I'm actually going to replace them with the pre-12' tail light soon. Just FYI.

 

Made a flat tailgate panel today. I didn’t want to spend the $200 for the ones online so I took a piece of polycarbonate (illuminated sign material) that I got for free. Traced out my old piece, added some cup holders and sprayed it with spray can bed liner. Total cost $29 and it was very easy. If anyone is local to Langhorne PA, I have a enough material to make 3 more panels that anyone can pick up.

 

Interesting. I've never seen any 12-15 tacomas in my area with any out. (We have a ton in my area lol)

 

Because it will get seen here more, and yes I've researched it. Has anybody with a 2005-11 tacoma installed the 12-15 tacomas side view mirrors with the led signals in them? Looking for actual "What I dids" if that makes sense

What grill is that and is the surround piece built in, or does it come off like the stock one. Been looking to get rid of the chrome on my truck.

Super happy with the Alpharex Nova headlights after 2 weeks of use. Clean cut off line and plenty of output. Hopefully they hold up. I can confirm the 12-15 headlights wire into my 2007 just fine.

LEDs also double as the sequential turn signal.

 

Got my flip key cut. Programmed the immobilizer myself with a device from Amazon. I got a couple quotes to cut and program, they wanted $120-150 each.
