That's a horrible idea. What time?
Yes. It might be in the service updates thread. My dealer told me about it.

Thanks, I'm reading the thread on it now and will check my VIN later. Luckily, I don't think my truck is affected...we get a lot of rain over here and I have had zero leaks.

Mine wasn't leaking either, but I think there was a cut off date so I got it done

I had zero leaks and didn't think I'd need to do it. Dealer called and told me they had the parts ordered and asked when I wanted to schedule it. Peace of mind.

Damn you two and your common sense! :D

I guess I will schedule mine as well since I probably jinxed myself earlier...

I was with you… for some reason I feel like taking the RTT off, going to a dealership and getting them to “fix” it will create more problems then it fixes. I have trust issues though …. I should probably just get it done.

I didn't have to remove mine. The plan was loosen the bolts, slide it back a few inches, make the repair. I pay a shop hour price for that, if they had to move it. The morning it went, the mechanic had enough room and did the repair. No charge to me at all. Maybe talk to the service manager and see what he says. If your bed rack is the size as mine, make the offer and see what they say.

A Marine with common sense? Well maybe, I was only an E3, not an O3.

I got the notification in the mail. I have a shell on my which I assume will cause problems removing the light. Any guesses what the dealer will say?

With the shell, they'll probably want it off. My bedrack had enough space away from the cab, and they worked around it.

Probably. They won't want the risk of damage. Maybe your installer? Or a couple of friends? They are more bulky vs heavy. Unless 6ou have something a little heavier like aa GFC or utility type shell.

it's a regular old shell. I think it weighs somewhere around 200lbs. It's just a pain in the ass.

First official photo shoot after getting 33s and ADS suspension on last week. Planning to add another inch of lift up front once the spanner wrench set I ordered arrives. Only thing left to do is the shock relocation tower for the smoothies.

Pizza cutters (255/85r16). I really like the look of 285s but wanted to be able to still use my wheels and hopefully less rubbing too. But they're definitely growing on me.
