Agree!! Had one and I truly believe it could hold water today with a lot of short travel bikes. It just flat out worked for trail riding.

I have a Zaskar and though I haven't ridden it much, I do still ride it and love it for the same reasons I built it all those years ago. I'd be a little concerned about the Judy tho-hasn't seen a service in years.

Crazy to think the LTS was the 1st full suspension bike that started the full suspension madness.

Here is a picture of my Old School hard tail. It needs a bath after yesterday's dusty ride in the foothills. I plan on picking up a full suspension bike in the spring or whenever inventory levels come back.

So, after riding the T8 for 6 months I am pretty impressed for the price point!! The tires are pretty chunky and slow rolling in my opinion (2.6s will do that), but with speed rocks are no issue. The Vees are solid in the wet muddy terrain where I live currently on the northern CA coast. Once they wear down, I’ll probably switch to a 2.4.

The drivetrain is solid and haven’t had any issues with the suspension. I did replace the dropper lever to a PNW one, and that’s it! Love the geometry

Did anyone notice that Pinkbike is now a Outside property?

I got an email that implied at least some of the site will be hidden behind a paywall. Like Trailforks (which is mostly contributed by others). I'm kinda bummed. I suppose its inevitable that it would be sold at some point.

They did something like choosing the next pro through a series of races and other activities. It was interesting but once it was over, I didn’t wanna see more.

Our garages have the same retro-fever. That Stumpy is pristine, total steal. Personally I'd throw it on fleabay for $1k but you may be stronger than I.

Curious if anyone could potentially give me some advice. I have a 16 Stumpjumper Comp and the shock is starting to give me issues. It needs serviced. It's the Fox Float Evo CTD. I honestly never liked it since new, but what are my options? If you get it serviced, do you send it to fox or a shop? I would want it to be more firm with better hold-up, if I go that route. What about replacing it? I saw some people go with a Rockshox rt3 or rc3. WorldwideCyclery has them and it says it fits the 16-17 SJ. I asked them if it bolt right on and they said they aren't sure, it may need hardware. Lol. I assume I would need to contact Rockshox for that answer, before buying. I even searched for the Fox Float Factory CTD that came on the higher model SJ's from my same year and can't find one. Very annoying. So any input would help. Thanks.

Sick bike, with a bonus truck match!

Are those the Flow MKIV or Flow Carbon wheels? What hubs? I'm thinking about building a set of Flows with I9 1/1 hubs, but I'm trying to figure out how much they weigh. I need to upgrade for more engagement, but I'm also an idiot and can't bring myself to push my 29.5lb bike over 30lbs....
