Still think TITNC3: Return of the Iceberg was peak

This is why you diversify and rebalance.

Ive rebalanced into gold and bonds twice this year as the SP500 has gone bananas high. We also liquidated about 5% of our stock holdings and did a FROG renovation to a second master suite along with replacing our 18 year old tank water heater that serves the main house (garage and frog are on tankless).

Gold, bonds, real assets. I don't trust this run up, even if it lasts years. I haven't changed my AA - its still 65/15/10/7.5/2.5 - US/Intl/Gold/US bonds/Intl bonds - But I have been rebalancing and realizing more aggressively than normal to move these gains into hedges like gold, bonds, and real property value.

 

Real estate equity

 

"Real property value" same thing. But yes, we were planning to buy another rental in a year or two, but with property values going as nuts as the stock market, they rose together and we're still about 50% exposed to each with our net worth, so we're holding off on that for now.

 

What about metaverse real estate?

 

I'm diversified in GTii and BBIG. I plan on re-balancing as soon as I'm not way the fuck down. lol

 

What happens when Monopoly makes it to the Metaverse? You guys can have Park Place. I want to own the jail. That bastard prints.

People do that? That's like selling a NVDA or RIOT calls that are down 80%. They'll come back. lol

AAPL flow with premiums over $20k. You can see there was a break when the stock was sliding down and then trading sideways and then towards the end of the day more buys.
