I know I'm getting some rear camo seat covers for the Duramax (I put fronts in it last year) and a trigger kit for the Hellcat, cause that's what I've ordered

My son ask "why didn't you get the back?" I said cause I don't sit back there :D

Our problem is when we want something, we usually just get it. Or it's a specific thing that we pick it out for ourselves anyway.

    Hence the trip! :notsure:

    Understandable!

Our trips usually involve a plane because who wants to stick around here in December?

A husband and wife were out Christmas shopping just before Christmas. The wife suddenly noticed that her husband was missing, so she called him on his mobile.

The wife said, “Where are you, you know we have lots to do.”

He said, “Do you remember the jewelers we went into about 10 years ago, and you fell in love with that expensive diamond necklace that I couldn’t afford at the time and I said that one day I would get it for you?”

Little tears started to flow down her cheek and she got all choked up saying… “Yes, I do remember that shop.”

“Well, I am in the gun shop next door to that.”

Because its union, I can't change shops until a position opens. Even then, if somebody higher in seniority bids that shop I'm out. It's a waiting game.

I work around high pressure vessels and some pretty nasty chemicals. If I can change shops and retain the stability, make more money and eliminate the chemical exposure, that's what I'm going to do.

Lots of moving parts to the situation, but making the most per hour in my time away from my 2 month old is basically what it comes down to. I'd like to be a 40-45 hr a week guy not a 55-60 hr a week guy...

Just got back from signing an offer (that the buyers verbally agreed to) on a house. o_O

Hopefully it'll pan out, I need to get off this damn mountain. Pending buyer approval on the numbers and if the septic comes back ok... I need to stop doing this crap around Christmas time

Thanks! The last house I put an offer in on I was outbid. Was a nice house, but the driveway was way too damn small. I can probably park 6 vehicles in this one. The nice thing about this deal is I'm the only one "offering", not even on the "market" yet. Now, the septic inspection or appraisal could go sideways, but that's all I have contingent... I am kinda shocked at all the extra added cost though. If it all happens and is done and mine it'll be worth it. No more paying rent, what I put into it is mine :D

When a woman says don't buy me anything for Christmas, that means buy her things for Christmas. That much I do know.
