The options market is like riding a bus route that only tells you when you have to get off never when you can get on

Don't forget lots of guns/ammo and maybe a small tank while you're at it!!

I have a pretty good asset base built up, well for someone my age at least, but my only major worry is getting food if shit hit's the fan. Even stockpiling canned stuff only last so long. Kinda gotta have a small farm or big greenhouse to solve the issue and that's one of the tougher assets to acquire. Although if it really came down to it i'd probably do the suicide by the time a Mad Max lifestyle gets old so whatever

So what's crazy is this reaction of the virus was KNOWN to be occurring and predicted.
They have noted for over a year that when sampling the dna of virus types infecting people, those with the mildest symptoms were found to have more variation of the spike protein post infection..
Basically instead of making more virus particles that bind to the receptors to enter cells, they ALSO make fragments of the protein that can also occupy the binding site which slows infection. The actual virus can't bind with the cell receptors because the seat is already taken by a free piece of protein...This also favors the infected surviving which in turn spreads more of the less deadly virus...

Here’s some less scary charts that aren’t inverted. I read somewhere that the margin debt is 3.X % of total market value, and that it’s been worse percentage wise in the past. While the margin debts not good, TBH I’m much more concerned with the fact that the market is significantly overvalued and has been since the upswing from covid dip of March 2020.

That looks like one of those crazy stonk “analysis” charts from a reddit pumper.

IMO the sp500 isn't a great index to go by when comparing things to the market as a whole. At this point it's mostly just an example of how big crony capitalism can make the big companies get. Either way i'm not worried about any of these all that much. One, there's so much more capital in the markets margin or not and so much new technology and innovation past couple decades. Two, as usual it's mostly only a negative for those that don't have real assets and possessions with intrinsic value, and skills. All the people betting their next paycheck will be there guaranteed or not, not owning half the things they have. Although it does worry me how many people are like that these days so the debt bubble is a valid thing to worry about, especially in a few specific areas like auto loans right now. If someone can fill me in on how to short auto loans or any way to reap the rewards of their failure spitball away please
edit: also compare those charts to the population and i bet they're probably comparable too

You can never pass up a good opportunity to sell more shots though. With a variant with a name as ominous as omicron you have to capitalize
