Well shit, now all of TW has my possible address if this all goes through. That'll teach me

Haven't decided what to do with that room yet. I'm not a movie person so not really planning on doing a theater setup. Meh, maybe a nice bar :D

Lol the picture URL is anonymous, only those of us with the right Google-fu can find it. I've got a nice welcome home vibrating silicone hammer en route to the address.

I already got one of those that's coming with me. It's a beat-up Whirlpool that survived one of the Potomac river floods down at my aunts campsite. It stays stocked usually :D

You can purchase and see it at an Ikea showroom. It looks decent but will only last, max 5 years.

That back patio looks like it has nice room for party planning. Also, you're not going to like fuel oil costs. And maybe the basement can be used for "activities"? :notsure:

Serious question, is there a cistern under the patio for rain catchment?

The place I'm in now uses fuel oil already, I'm already aware of the cost unfortunately. Gonna have to put in an electric water heater to bypass the furnace in the Spring/Summer months.

Yup, it has well and cistern currently. It's only used for the outside spigot and I think furnace from what I can see. Honestly that's not a bad idea, however I'll have to put in a bypass loop in-case we get a dry spell. The water softener system is gonna need a thorough going through and new filter setup. Luckily I know how to do all that.

This is all tentative that I actually get it and everything goes though

No, the auction ended a month or so ago. I'm tentatively buying it from the people who bought it at auction, if all goes well. Wish I was buying it for the price that is listed on there o_O We actually pass by this house frequently and have joked about trying to buy it. Well here we are

Oh, oh, oh now I get what you mean

Nah, I'm still single (and not ready to mingle). My mother has some pretty bad health issues and a very low retirement income so I have her live with me. She can live out the rest of her years not worrying about how to put food on the table. I also still have my grandmother around and I'm pretty sure a year from now she'll be living here; something I've come to terms with. I'm not putting either in a "home", no way in Hell! Hope some of you can appreciate this. Also, sorry I kinda got this thread off the rails a little bit :boink:
