    Is that Prius design?

Is there a way to retrofit the gas mileage?

I installed some SDHQ Ditch Light mounts with some Rigids. I initially wanted to use the set of BD S2's I have because of the lower profile, but interfered with the snorkel. I can modify the S2 mounting bracket to make them clear the snorkel but will see how I like the Rigids. They sit a bit taller so will likely be more functional anyway.

You also get to know for sure that some snot nose "kid" (I call anyone under about 35 a kid lol) didn't forget to tighten the drain plug....or worse, OVER tighten the drain plug with a 1/2" impact, or not get the filter tight enough, or just generally not bother to check everything out after the change....start it up, check for leaks, etc. That along with the $25 should be good reason.

I agree with putting on the fumoto. Don't forget to remove the old crush washer first or it wont thread in there. The valve has it's own washer and pretty specific torque instructions...and it's not much, so be careful.

I'm happy with a 2009 Access Cab myself, on its way to 21k miles with new Michelin Defenders, charcoal Gen3 allow wheels, TPMS sensors (preprogrammed and lug nuts have arrived. Today, I completed installing the brackets from the Redline Tuning QuickLift ELITE kit, and should be able to find another pair of hands to install the struts tomorrow. LED interior and license bulbs installed last week. Spiffing it up, m20211130_201219 Alloy Wheel.jpg aking things easier...

Installed a 270 Shadow Awning on my pop up camper. Got dark before it was all buttoned up so no money shot. This will have to suffice for the time being.

    WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE
I decided a few days ago I wanted a heads-up display so I talked to some people that had aftermarket ones and purchased this one from Amazon. I am still learning how it works but it is MASSIVE and super bright and distracting, also, due to the Tacoma's shallow dash, anywhere that would've been convenient is too angled to be used, it's still up to you weather you buy it or not but that was my experience.

My 2011 is in for a frame replacement. The frame just came in and they started the work. Dealer said there are other parts that need to be replaced. Most covered under the recall. He did say my front struts were worn and should be replaced. I have Billstein 5100's all around on this truck. Dealer said they could do this replacement at cost with no labor charge. Is it worth doing all 4 while they have it apart?
