That wheelersoffroad brake line kit is perfect. If memory serves, the set I got from them had a bracket installed that bolted up to the stock hole. Email and ask to be sure. Great customer service as well. I used it on my conversion. No mods or different brackets required. I have the smaller WE (?) Tundra calipers, the 199's. I did the mod way back when there were lots of inexpensive, rebuilt calipers floating around after the dealers swapped them out on Tundra's for the larger WE version. I like the compromise; better performing than stock but less un-sprung weight than the 231's. I used the Brembo blank rotors and they went forever with stock pads. Stopped great. I know you can get super correct with bracketry, but I've not had a problem running them ~180k miles through the existing Taco bracket location. As for the rotor fit, I think I had to slightly bend (By hand) the dust shield, but no cutting.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

Wheelers lines are not plug and play.

You have to have the section of hard line (Like the LCE kit) for it to be plug and play. Hard lines thread in to caliper, braided lines thread on to hardlines. Without the hardline there, you're drilling out banjo bolts.

Does anyone sell banjo bolts the way you need them for the conversion?

Mine bolted right up without drilling or hard lines. Call or email wheelers and ask. The banjo bolt is shorter than stock so it doesn't require drilling. Maybe they've changed the kit since I bought it. From one of the tundra brake swap threads:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/tundra-brakes-on-03-tacoma.240112/
The link in there from the 2nd post, grousehunter12 mentions the wheelers brake kit; however that link no longer works.

The *might* work. It will depend on the calipers you get, and whether they've been rebuilt with machined surfaces where the banjo bolt connects, or not. If they *do* have machined surfaces, then you still need to hope that the banjo bolt isn't too long to fit into the caliper.

It's about 40% chance (in my experience) that they will come with machined surfaces, and 70% chance that the banjo bolts will be too long and you'll need to drill them out.

The alternative is to use a conversion kit like this one: https://adventuretaco.com/product/tacoma-to-tundra-hard-brake-line-kit/

That will use a hard line into the caliper, and convert to a soft line at the spindle. This is the way Tundras (and 4Runners) come from the factory, and as @El Taco Diablo mentioned above, is the "the right way" to do the upgrade. Note that this kit will also work with the stock Tacoma calipers, as well as with *any* 13WL (best) or 13WE (ok) Tundra calipers that you buy at any parts store/Toyota/etc., regardless of machined surfaces or hole depth.

Yes, 16 inch wheels are pretty much required. And I'm not 100% sure all 16 inch wheels work.

I think @turbodb references a list of wheels known to work with the Tundra brakes in a previous post in this thread.

Here it is again, since I know it's a pain to find it earlier in the thread. You can use the box at the top of the table to search the list, if you have a specific wheel in mind, or only want to use Toyota branded wheels, or...
