Nice work. I drove by there last week, and it was rolling around in my mind that might be a decent spot.

I called two of my forklift sales buddies and a guy who sells rack. Nobody knows anything. I couldn't pull up a business license or anything. No jobs posted. As far as Reno is concerned, it apparently doesn't exist.

Furlong did say they're shipping out of there -- so SOMEBODY is selling them equipment, and I know just about everybody in town who does.

 

Also, that JC Penny warehouse is the most drab and dreary place I've ever sold equipment to lol. The souls are all gone from those people, as are most of the lighting fixtures.

Interestingly I think THEIR research is always rebutting claims made publicly in filings et al...so they aren't creating NEW info...just rebutting existing beliefs so as to show the share price is unwarranted...I guess
