    ^^^^^ Wut he said. I had my spinal injury just after my 40th birthday, been a physical train wreck ever since (that was 14 years ago). The nerve damage has affected my sense of balance, so it is very easy for me to lose my balance and stumble or twist an ankle. And then there's the constant back aches and pains. But I'l still having birthdays, so at I have that going for me o_O:plane:

    My chiropractor has done wonders on my twisted, knotted up, body. I was totally against them until I started going about a year ago. Took a while for my body to feel better. Two months of three days of week, then a few more at twice a week. That turned into once a week, twice a month and now I'm on a monthly "maintenance" visit. Find yourself a good chiropractor and it'll help, no doubt!
