You can use my garage. I'm in Cheshire. It's not heated but it's out of the weather. I also have a sawzall, jack stands, floor jack, 5 gallon pancake compressor and a few other things that might be needed. When are you planning to do the job?

I am running it with @mach1man001 so I will be there, I believe that @tacobell007 is coming, and I am not quite sure if anyone else might be. I know that we put this up last minute but please do your best to promote it......the Giving of the gifts anyway. I spoke to @Skierrichy and he is a "maybe."

Hello CT folks, hope you are well. I've been spending more and more time here in the state and, even though it's snowing right now, the weather has been really quite mild. I drove up to northern VT last weekend and it was even somewhat warm/dry up there. Wondering if it does indeed get icy at some point and whether the road salting is frequent or occasional during the winter? Thinking of bringing the truck back out here from CA, which I had decided not to do because of the salt but now I'm wondering if that's even much of an issue if one just keeps it off the road during snow/ice periods when the roads are salted.

Pics of New Haven green couple nights ago--y'all have a pretty state.

Oh it's definitely a thing, but as long as you stay on top of undercoating your frame you'll be fine

The winter hasn't even started. Even when the roads are dry mid winter, there is always a layer of dry salt on the pavement. The pavement actually turns whitish from all the salt. So it's either below freezing and theres salt dust or its above freezing and snow melt makes the pavement wet and then you have the salt spray. Or it's snowing on salted roads. It's a no win from now though late March. So unless you park it for the next 4 months, you're going to be salty.

    Thank you.
I want do do it on a warmer weekend. I hate cold, it takes me three times longer to do anything.

Checking out your build log now. If your talking about the attached garage (white house in your build), that should work. They are usually warmer then a detached garage.

Saturday, Dec. 18th doesn't look too bad.

Yup, that's my house/garage. I'll PM the address to you. 18th could work. Just need to check with the wife regarding family plans if there are any for that day.

N2 called me up and helped me solve my remote start woes after I created my own problem the other day. Fantastic customer service and love the access on my phone. If anyone was debating on whether or not to pull the trigger for a Christmas gift to yourself, do it! Completely worth it!

Maybe we could also install the front bump stops. I removed the factory ones and had a bolt break. I have to drill it out and it might be easier with the control arm out of the way.
