    Watched the first episode of the show, but couldn't quite get into it. Listened to the first 8 books though through audible, and just downloaded the 9th! Pretty excited!

    Great books, except book 4. I could have just skipped it and wouldn't have missed anything. Almost stopped the whole series because of how bad book 4 is.

    Ah ok, I'm used to some of my other shows that don't get streamed until the following day of their release, but those are the ones that usually get released on cable first then stream the next day.

    Show is pretty good. First three seasons were the product of SyFy channel though so they're a little rough. Season four and beyond is from Amazon.

    Ah yeah. Like Always Sunny getting on Hulu next day lol

    gotcha, maybe I'll give it another shot after I finish the last book. I just found the character's personalities were so different from how they were portrayed in the book that it was off-putting.

    Yeah, some of the characters are changed around in the show a bit but I find most show adaptations that have the authors as producers usually turn out well.
    I've read everything except the last book and the novellas and I enjoy the show.
