Manual to Auto Tranny Swap???

    As of Right now i have a 01 manual tranny in my truck i am looking to swap in a auto tranny. What all will i need to replace? i have a second truck with an auto and was looking to just swap the tranny.

    well the thing is that my friend has the other truck which is auto. he wants a stick so we planned on just swaping trannys cause i dont want to do a total engine swap because i like the engine in the truck now.

    881 Front coils, Bilstien 5100's all the way front set to "0" Icon Dynamic's mini leafs in rear, stock tires.

    2019 Rubicon 4 Door,
    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    You'll have to swap the ECM along with the tranny, and drive shafts (the 2 are different length), other than that, it should be a straight swap. If you have the time, and patience, its not too bad.

    what he said. but you also can't forget about the little things. the auto will need a kick down cable for the trans. plus you might need a new radiator if yours doesn't already have the tranny cooler lines

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    The auto is all electronic control, and the throttle is a throttle by wire assembly. No cable needed, and the radiator has connection ports for the auto tranny fluid.

    No drive by wire on my 04 cable.
