What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

How hard was it to get the old ones off? I'm not sure I want to put the same thing back on, but really would like to get that uncleanable stuff taken off. Really stands out on these white trucks.

 

Took seconds, but my truck is a few months old And I just had to lift a corner with my nail and grab and pull. Not sure if they would be as flexible and easy to “peel” if they have been on the vehicle longer.

 

I mean the rigid plastic cover that goes over the foil you Installed. I've seen some people leave it out to create more space back there.

Plug looks okay but I would love to see a picture of the final bumper install.

 

Wired up the ditch spots. Came out nice.
Amazon lights, wire harness, hood mounts, switch box (x6) and cabin switch. I am not on a budget but thought it would be fun to see how cheap I can get a set to go. Turns out nice bright lights and a cool set up for under 100 bucks thank you very much lol.
(Edit: yeah I know I still gotta clean up the wires under the hood but it’s freaking cold out. )

 

This is a cleaner path to take with the wires.

 

Anyone have good recommendations for LED license plate tag lights? my current led tag lights, which were $2 from china, started flickering after 2 years of use lmao

 

Took the Taco to the dealer for scheduled maintenance, blown away at how nice of a day it was so took the heli up to lake Sanoma, beautiful day!

Ha! I ended up switching the interior lights over to meso's but the tag lights are going strong!
