    Oh man…
I get back home Monday, headed out the 18th for a 24 day trip west coast and back. Any tuners in the area that would be available that week? I’m in Vermont, driving a few hours is no sweat.

    The pro tune sounds awesome

    *edit*

So my truck is going down to mass to get tuned today… fucking awesome gf  it was going to be a surprise but she didn’t know which one to get. Pro sport it is!

Almost through my first tank since upgrading from 7.0 to PRO. Many have said this in this thread, but let me be the latest to pile on - 7.0 was good, but KDMAX PRO tune is on another level. You'll be impressed no matter if you're coming from stock or another tune. Smoothness is there when you just want a relaxing drive. Power is there when you need it.

I'll post a thorough review in a couple days, but I just had to share this. I just crossed a 24 mile long bridge with the cruise set at 73mph. In the past I was lucky to see 19mpg, just got 24+mpg. Thats a massive difference. I'm really digging this tune.

Best tune yet! Got sorted on Sport today for my 04B04 stock gearing, auto trans on 34”s w armor and it feels perfect. Predictable and smooth shifts, power when you need it, cruising at 1.5k RPM otherwise. Will try and remember to update aftery some miles, just did ~50 today on some hilly highways.

thanks to @PapaRee @TWTaco and the testers for getting this into our hands! Killer work

Thx to @dave82at for updating my tune to the Pro last night.
Went for a 3hr round trip today mostly on the 401 today. Acceleration while entering the highway is smooth and throttle control is very linear. I drove East with cruise control on most of the time to see how the update behaved. There is an improvement how cruise treats inclines even better than before. I could hardly tell when the transmission downshifted in order to maintain speed.
On the return trip my spouse drove. She also noticed an improved acceleration. So much so I had to keep reminding her to keep it close to the speed limit and we were driving into a 50 km/h head wind.
Hoping to see the improved fuel economy everyone is talking about next week while driving 45 minutes to work.

Got a few miles on the pro sport tune, very smooth and predictable. Best kdmax tune so far, hands down. Great mpg on highway even with blizzaks installed. Love it!!

It really does, but a few guys asked me to make a few options. So I made a 5% lower and another 5% lower than that. But everyone is running the main “sport” Pro Manual tune.

Thanks PapaRee for holding my hand through the flashing process. Even on the "normal" throttle flash the truck feels way better in throttle and shifting response. Will try the other flashes just to compare. Amazing what you guys do with your tunes. Whole other level!!! Can't believe I waited 3 years to do this.

I got my MT in July, and found it slow. It was slow to shift, slow to engage, slow to accelerate, slow to drive. I had poked around online, and read that discouraging 3rd Gen sticky thread that says "TLDR: Just run your truck at 5k RPM!", like that's a solution. And then I was reading about the 'Accumulator Delete Mod' to maybe speed up the shifting, and was actually aaaalmost about to order the parts. But then I started reading about these tunes. I've never tuned any vehicle I've owned, so this was completely new territory for me.

I messaged @BortisYeltzen from SLC with about a half-dozen questions, and he was responsive and knowledgeable and friendly. For the actual tuning he spent about 90 minutes with me. He's a cool dude in person, too. He took time to explain everything and was patient with my questions. I ended up test driving 3 different tunes. I probably could have tried more but I was happy after 3. He sent me up Parley's Canyon for the test drives too, which was awesome.

As for the tunes themselves, they defy all logic. It's insane how they're able to improve so many aspects of the truck. I don't know what I was expecting, but maybe I thought people here were exaggerating. I never thought I'd use this word to describe my truck, but it's straight-up "zippy" now. My favorite part is the low-end torque. It used to be that when I would approach a hill at 1900RPM, I either had to downshift or the truck would whimper and die. But not anymore! This thing rips at all RPMs. I can now easily and quickly pass people on the highway without downshifting. My second favorite part is the speed of the shifting. It still shifts slower than my Miata, but not by much! For all intents and purposes, the shifting is 100% fixed. I no longer have any plans to do the accumulator delete. My third favorite part is the sound. And this is completely subjective, but I'm generally not a big fan of how V6 engines sound. But the tune has definitely added a noticeable "growl" that I wasn't expecting. And I can more clearly hear the engine from the cab. I dig it.

Overall I am incredibly happy with the service, product, and price I was given. I would highly recommend anyone speak with @BortisYeltzen

I know im supposed to give it a few tanks before i say anything but i just flashed mine last night and drove it to work this morning. The differnce in low end torque in massive compared to the regular kdmax. I was astonished.
