The worse thing for a vehicle is is sit for prolonged periods of time. How about treating your Taco weekly with a drive by picking a coffee shop a 1/2hr away and get take out?

ARE topper. Mud guards, factory steps, third bed rail behind cab, tacorail accessory holder, ram mount tablet mount, hood wrap and retro stripes. Bug shield and window shields. Molle seat cover on tear seat.
Live here in KY and yes lots of devestation and family losses. News hasn't even hit the rural areas yet, mostly Mayfield and Bowling Green reported..I feel the toll will grow worse once the rural areas are accounted for. Much prayer needed.
I am retired LEO and Volunteer FD and all the hospitals, 1st responders, heavy equipment operators and utility workers are already exhausted.

what about a remote start to just give it quick run each week? Just thinking out loud here. But this may not be an option, assuming it’s parked inside an attached garage to a dwelling.

Sending prayers and hopeful thoughts to everyone affected. Truly saddening to hear of people facing these horrible disasters. To all the first responders putting in time and forgoing sleep and family time, THANK YOU! You are appreciated more than you may know.

Yeah, what’s the point of having a car and not driving it. I drive my nova for everything. Truck is only driven if I have to go far or haul something

Technically the roof rack is attached to the shell, but the yakima foot mounts loosened up over the summer. Managed to find the key and tighten them down.

Not really about being lazy.... I work from home, my friends are in the neighborhood, I really have no reason to leave my house outside of going fishing in the summer and ice fishing in the winter.

    Yeah
OBA install finalized! Still not up and running yet, waiting on electrical components. Going big with a factory looking AUX fuse box. I have tested it hard wired though, it fills a 33 from 18psi to 32psi in 45sec!

the only thing you can even notice, and that’s if you’re looking really close, is the one missing latch

In the summer its fine as I take my lunch breaks at the pond down the street to fish for a hour, but right now we are in that weird in-between stage where the ice is too thin to walk on, but too thick to kayak on... Really fishing is the only reason I get to drive around much.

you really need to drive the vehicle for an adequate charge. Idling the truck won’t charge the battery much.

I drove it with the KDMax Pro ECU tune update!!!
Thx to @dave82at for updating my Taco to the Pro last night.
Went for a 3hr round trip today mostly on the 401 today. Acceleration while entering the highway is smooth and throttle control is very linear. I drove East with cruise control on most of the time to see how the update behaved. There is an improvement how cruise treats inclines even better than before. I could hardly tell when the transmission downshifted in order to maintain speed.
On the return trip my spouse drove. She also noticed an improved acceleration. So much so I had to keep reminding her to keep it close to the speed limit and we were driving into a 50 km/h head wind.
Hoping to see the improved fuel economy everyone is talking about next week while driving 45 minutes to work.

I'm thinking of getting this done. I was under the impression that it didn't work with cruise control but that's just the fancy one that we don't have.

Setting Cruise really shows how the ECU tune has improved the performance overall.
I have not a had a chance to use the ECT button yet after the tune on Friday. I like to engage it just before going onto the on ramp to the 402 and then really push the rpms to get up to the speed of traffic since the 402 is 110 km/h (recommended).
