Yeah, but it’s a lot less sad when said truck isnt your primary form of transportation

I figure we can meet at the 76 station right off of I -5, fuel up and roll out. It’s about 20-30 minutes away from walker valley. I’m thinking around 0800

I am in for the 19th, already cleared it with the wife. I am going to see if I can drag any of my kids along but there will be at least me.

 

I’ll head to straight to Walker so I don’t have to back track. I’ll shoot for 8:30ish.

 

I doubt anyone wants 3rd gen rear fender well liners before I chuck em? Trimmed the rear fenders tonight.

 

I’m expecting to shred a CV on this trip. 17,19 and 35mm…anything else I’m missing?

 

Pry bar but you probably have a skid in the way. Needle nose, bungee and a 10mm to bleed I think the speed sensor brake line bracket thingy is a 12mm. Things get too bad we will be about 40 minutes from my house.

I have one but haven't used it yet. Seems like a solid trail tool.

 

Maybe I don't know what I'm getting myself into? I'm along for the ride.

 

Tried it, didn't work that well for me. Went back to prybar and hammer technique.

 

Well shit....now i'm gonna have to try it in the driveway before potentially having to rely on it out in the bush

 

Pry bar and hammer your going to be laying on your back in the mud so I would figure out how to make it work. Sway bar and skids make the pry bar a PIA.

 

Exactly why I liked this alternative. Vids on YT looked promising. I'll have to give it a go and report back.
