The wife is getting over something too. Very flu like. Tested negative for Covid 3 different times and also tested negative for flu....though I think that may have been wrong. I tested negative for the flu a few years ago only to test positive 24 hours later.

But she's 90% and back at. No one else in the house got sick. But she did quarantine in the bedroom for 5 days. That probably helped

There's some funk goin' round' the shop as well. One co-worker had (well still is, little fucker) been coughing and hacking for two weeks strait. Well me and another co-worker got it last weekend. Wasn't Covid, but we were not feeling so hot. I was pounding zinc tablets and vitamins and got over it in about two days. Co-worker not so much, but they were doing some other "natural" method that didn't work. Now my other co-worker got it and his entire family. We're all a little sour to the whole situation the fact we told the guy to cover his mouth and go home. But still continues to blow his nose and not sanitize or wash his hands after the fact. Annoys the shit outta me... Same guy who for some reason will take a tablet (that we do our work orders on, company owned) to the restroom? Like dude that's disgusting, there's about 20 of them that I have to sanitize because I don't which one he used. Or has gone in with one and locks himself in the "changing room" (really a closet). Friggin' weird... o_O

Seems like every work place has that special mouth breather (no pun intended) that defies all known social etiquette and rules of engagement.

Bill Burr has a funny skit where he talks about dumb people having a bunch of babies that are going to grow up and just "be in the way" of the rest of us.

It's a generation thing for sure. They're about 11 years younger than I am; you wouldn't think that short of time would matter, but holy shit. Also tries to "bow up" against people and try and act like a badass only to get verbally destroyed in a matter of seconds. Tried to do that yesterday while I was eating. I did the right thing and just ignore it. Then cries about how it's a generation thing and we should be more "forgiving" and everybody picks on them. No buttercup, you're in a shop with most guys being twice as old as you. Suck it up or leave.

I have a 98% success rate of having people leave or get fired when they work next to me..
