I just can’t help but chuckle every time I see one of these ever since I saw Keymod referred to as dickmod

When I stared buying these in the 60's they were $5.00 for a brick tax included for 500. My Dad told me every time I pulled the trigger it cost a penny.

 

Rookie Mistake

 

Start taking guns apart lol, thats what I use to do. Hell I have 2 safes now and I still do that with guns that dont get shot often. Shotguns and AR type rifles especially.

Always get the biggest safe you can fit especially if you're married.

 

Couldn't say no to a single action. 22LR makes it so ridiculously fun.

Picked this up today.

 

The Reno Crossroads gunshow was underwhelming. Miwall Ammo wasn't there this time.

 

The ones ive shot are accurate when Im able to figure out the sights. Ive never been very good with the sights on a SAA

 

Got a new Winchester hat last week. I’ve been buying up 9mm and .45 Cal target and SD rounds over this last year and half. Didn’t think my wifey was really paying attention…I was wrong lol. Now she tells me I need to learn how to limit myself. Self discipline she says. That sounds to much like responsibility to me lol.

My wife told me over 2 years ago that she didn't understand my obsession with picking up a couple of boxes of ammo every time I went to store. The covid and riots hit. Ammo disappeared. I showed her my stash when 9mm and .223, 5.56 went over a dollar a round for practice ammo. My boxes were priced at under 10.00 a box for 9mm and 4.88 to 7.00 for AR ammo.

She hasn't said a word since. Maybe it's because she can still shoot her .380. Sometimes I am wiser than I look.
