My Dad sent me some of his old jackets, just in time for Colorado.

Well the tan one at least, that’s the cold weather jacket. The OD one is a summer jacket, I’ll still take it though.

We’re both jacket guys, we have quite a few, though that’s not doing much good for me in El Paso most of the year. I was pretty surprised that he sent them, I’m pretty sure he has multiples of these ones though

A little something every chance we get.
Morning Linwood - look who's all HAPPY!
    Morning Scott
    Morning Chas - nice jackets!
    Morning Mark - sorry
    Morning Kevin

:pccoffee: Good Morning SA! Overall good day at the house Saturday. Wife vacuumed out the bottom of the 'frig while I ran errands; came back to empty it out - and she made 90% of the noise go away! Once I emptied the ice overflow again, that was it for the noise - it has shut up since then! Maybe I can find a way to fix the fill shut off, which has never worked. Maybe.

Decided we would finally bring in the big fruit harvest since it was going to freeze. My mini-orchard has only been there since late spring, and we had exactly 3 each Key limes (already in), Myers lemons, and Valencia oranges. Everything's the right size, but the oranges never finished "oranging", or maybe they will look like that. We'll see when she uses one.

And in the really good news, my insulation work in the greenhouse really did its job last night. I never could catch the little pilot light I have showing me the heater was on, but the temperature App told me it worked exactly to the temps I have set (45 on, 52 off).

All in all a good day. And, thoroughly enjoyed the Army-Navy game as well.

Good deal, that sounds like some good stuff to knock out without too much effort!

I have been doing lots of research on all the little parts i need for my 4wd/Awd conversion so i've been getting lots of part numbers together and checking on whether i'm gonna try to find some of it at a salvage yard or just order it from toyota. There is quite a bit of it though and it's starting to add up now that i'm pricing it out

That's a heck of a conversion. AWD benefits I know pretty well, but what do you have for the system "smarts"? Or are some variation of lockers going to do that?

The system is fully manually shifted thanks to the FJ transfer case. It has a lockable center diff that splits things 50/50 and gives you a low range, but normally when it's unlocked it's a 40/60 front/rear split. I am also going with a diff tube out of the FJ cruiser so there will not be a front ADD actuator. Instead, that front axle shaft will spin all the time like on the other AWD vehicles toyota offered from the factory.

AH! I think you mentioned that, but I didn't get it. So, it becomes basically an FJ AWD system as a whole.

Yes sir, exactly! I am basing it after the AWD FJ cruiser driveline

No sir, that one actually is already AWD with the FJ driveline we're discussing. I ended up liking it so much that i am gathering parts to do it to the green truck as well

Go Navy (3-8 entering game) Beat Army (8-3 entering game).
It was those FLY NAVY uniforms and hand painted F-14 helmets.
Oh, and the fake punt that Navys' CENTER called by himself that changed the game for sure. It came down to the last minute as well. And BOTH teams actually threw passes! (Announcers were shocked!)
