I totalled my baby on the way to work. Hit a 10 point deer on hwy going 65mph. Only truck I have ever bought new and it was going to be my forever truck. It's a 2015 with 75k and I considered it one of the best years and colors (pyrite mica) ever. Not sure what year I will replace it with but finding something in this market is going to be a challenge. I won't have the money to modify for a long time because we just bought the wife a new Rav4 and in the middle of a house remodel. I'll see if I can figure how to add pic

Wow that sucks, glad you're alright. Worst time ever to buy though (I should know, just bought a 2013 less than 2 months ago)

Sorry to hear that. If it is not COMPLETELY wrecked, maybe buy it back and still keep it? Especially if you planned on it being your forever truck.

One of the most underrated features on these trucks, body on frame construction. Steel frame kept you safe my man, you can always buy another truck, no matter how much this sucks right now.

Wow sorry to hear that. Hopefully you dressed that bastard and are going to mount that rack in your shop, garage or even the living room. People hunt their whole lives and never score a deer like that. Steaks and hamburger for the freezer and a nice rack for the wall. Atleast is a partial win. That's just the optimist in me I quess lol. Glad you're alright

I sure hope he can, I’m not a disbeliever or anything like that, just like to see A 10 pt. Buck. I hunted all fall and didn’t see anything close. Along comes a guy on TW and gets one with his truck. WTF

Yeah, actually the front doesn't look really bad. It took out hood, grill, bumper, radiator and bent entire front clip. The interior is what's going to total it. All eight airbags went off ruining dash, steering wheel, headliner and both front seats. I may be wrong but will find out hopefully this week. I hope they give a little extra for all the mods. Any advise on how to upload pictures from my photo album ? It asks for a url and I have no clue what that is :)

I would take a payout and buy it back with the salvage title. If you're keeping it long term it won't matter

That really sucks. But the important thing is that you're okay! If you weren't, you wouldn't care about your truck.
