Michigan has 11 claimed national titles and 5 unclaimed. Ohio State has 8 claimed national titles and 7 unclaimed. No question that no one has had the consistency of Alabama in the last 20 or so years.

Equating fans with inbreading is school yard. I pull for under dogs often, good to see a Cinderella team do well, so I'll be the first to congratulate Michigan if they win the natty.

Claiming to be an underdog who overcame so much while being the elite recruited quarterback out of highschool to lead UAT of all teams to the playoffs is school yard... Bryce young overcame the Rockies from California to Tuscaloosa but the road was paved with even stones and he still managed to stumble along the way.

 

I normally say Roll Tide but I have skin in the game this year. I don't expect Michigan to make it past GA, but I also didn't expect them to beat Ohio State (especially in the manner they did), win the B1G title (they had a 2% chance at winning the B1G East to start the season), and I didn't expect anyone to beat GA. I also feel like Saban hasn't been happy with Alabama this season in general. I guess we'll see what happens in a few weeks.

Michigan may be a Cinderella, but not as much as Cincinnati.
