Guys, I wanted to circle back to this, because when a company takes great care of you it's worth bringing up.

WAO is pressing new bearings in a link now and is going to send it out and told me to keep the old one for a spare in case bearings ever go bad on me!

I agree, but I may as well keep scratched one on till the bike gets ready to be just a decoration in my living room! Lol

Is that really next level at that price?

not bashing, just saying if you buy a car new they also wouldn’t let you take it scratched.

seems more impressive if a company does that on a lower end item than if they do it on something so expensive..

Fair point. It would be my expectation also. Premium price = premium standards

I agree on $$$ and expectations. I think it’s nice they’re allowing me to keep something even though cosmetically damaged when it’s still perfectly usable. I was expecting to ship them back so pleasantly surprised.

Damn, could you imagine having to destroy a metal linkage. I'd tell them hold on, let me see if driving over it will bend it or something.
They made me send back a screen protector last month to get a refund when ordering a new one. Aggravating, but I get it. I tore it off my ipad and sent it back. I hated that paper feel protector, they're nowhere near as nice as what the description makes them seem.

So to cut my wide ass 800mm handlebars down to 770mm I taped, measured, marked, and then scoured the carbon with a hacksaw and then used this bad boy to cut like butter.
I'm thinking about taking them down to 765 or maybe 760 still.

Hmm interesting. I was going to buy this as a base layer for cold weather but it may be a little too baggy. Go ahead and sell it to @mtskibum16 if he still wants it - but if he doesn't I'll honor what I initially said no problem

My assessment is subjective. I’m a tried/true smedium framed fool. Most tops in small can be a bit snug in the shoulders/chest. And most mediums can be a touch loose or long in the trunk for me.

All that said, if @mtskibum16 wants it I’ll happily send it his way. I’m not completely opposed to keeping it myself. Just thought I’d offer it up to others first.

You’re a bit bigger than me, it’ll fit fine as a base layer. It’s long in the torso, covers the bum well.

The package is out for delivery. Those guys in Kamloops were being cheeky and overnighted the package apparently.

That probably cost way too much and I wouldn’t have ever expected that.
It almost doesn't seem possible, they had to time that just right for the UPS truck coming by their facility. It will probably be on the truck making it's rounds today as long as it took for it to make it to Birmingham.

For sure, I find the best results are how a situation is approached. I offered to buy the chain guide and asked if they’d just throw it in the box. Well they just threw it in the box and next day aired it.

Makes me feel good about supporting the small business companies.

What’s even more impressive is that they next day aired it and they are in Canada…I’m not sure how it works logistically but I’m sure there is another layer of annoyance to make it happen.

It’s pretty awesome what they are doing. Maybe they know you are posting all over the internet haha
