Heads up, as of now showing 40% chance of rain. Not like there’s super incredible views up there anyway so it could still be a good time

I don't think there are any good views after you get beyond the pipes.

I'm seeing 17% rain and 75 degs. Let's hope everyone else doesn't have the same idea as us.

Yep! Where’s the meetup spot? Holly springs store or somewhere else?

For those coming from the south or east I think holly springs store (hwy 11 and 178) would be good. Others may want to meet elsewhere. Goal is to get every at the bad creek parking lot between 10:30-11:00am correct?

I've got a work event saturday at 7pm (columbia) that I was unaware of until yesterday. How long does it usually take ya'll to drive through? I want to go but also need to be back in cola by 6pm ish. Definitely trying not to miss this. Could we maybe do an earlier start time (people still gonna show up late so even with 11 you know we wont start till 12 earliest lol.)

You got a 7-8 hour drive round trip, plus 2-3 hours of trail time and at least an hour of BS time.

That would be including trail time and bs right? It's like 2 hrs from gville to cola?
so 3.5 hrs from cola to MG and back with no trail time is 7 hrs. lol. nm, you prob right.

Yeah, my math took a wrong turn. Probably more like three hours to get to the trailhead for him. It's just over two hours for me from Greenwood.

I wouldn't drive 3 hrs 1 way for a bad creek trip. Just sayin.
