Yeah the secret was apparently turning up the heat and less time. They’re done in under a minute now

Yeah we make quesadillas by the dozens every month because its one of the few things our toddler will eat right now lol. I've gotten pretty good at it

If the skillet gets too hot though and you go to cook another, it will make it way too burnt on the outside before the cheese even melts. Gotta be the right temp, I usually cover them too to help it cook more throughout and not just the side thats on the pan

skirt steak, salt pepper rub and like 1/2 a lime per strip..charcoal best but grill works..dice up the meat good....

for chile verde take 4-5 tomatillos, 1/2 spanish onion, 1 jalopeno.. blacken on grill and blend up with some fresh garlic...

serve with diced onion/cilantro and the chile verde on top.. Tijuana style. corn tortilla

I know it works and all, but when someone says I'm going to "air fry" something, esp a steak...it just sounds so unappealing

I still want to get one just to see what all the fuss is about

A ribeye should be dipped in melted salted butter and cooked on a charcoal grill... lol 1 1/2" thick is money!

    I have mods
Pretty sure, like 95% sure, that those are all the same. My FJ tcase in the 4runner has the 3. One for 2wd or maybe it's 4LO?, one for 4wd and one for neutral in the trans. I think the main difference in them is going to be the plug end. Otherwise, it's just a 2 wire ball detent switch.
