Nothing gets published to a mainstream news outlet that it's over 100% short unless they want it to be there. There will never be a squeeze in any stock that is "officially" announced as heavily shorted. Those are bagholder plays to siphon money into hedge funds.

I got GME because I watched it rocket from $10 to $400, so I got some, then it tanked to $40 so I said no more for me, then it started going up again, so I got more at like $230... So many missed chances for me to of gotten GME at a good price.

I'd say you got in reasonably early.

 

Wish I would of gotten in at the first dip to $40 though, I would be sitting pretty on 150 shares.
