To just get to the fire pit (which is where we'd camp and hang out), you could probably make it in a 2wd car.
The rest kinda depends. Mostly bush-hogged and "lumpy" with some rocks and uneven terrain.
The last 3/4's of this video is at the property and the snow gives a good idea of general terrain. Some spots you'd want to have at least A/T tires for but aren't in the video.

Does that mean no to bringing your dog or no to you coming?

Not bringing dog. She likes to take off and do zoomies and throw caution to the wind. She gets in the zone and I don't exist so no recall.

@crashdb, the best thing about being land locked is we can let ours run loose and they’d have to go pretty far to get to a paved road. I can always grab a few t-stakes to use as a leash anchors if you want… we were trying to find a way to hang up some low key solar lights anyway.

Tiffany and I are big advocates for getting dogs out and letting them enjoy some zoomies. What ever you decide, we’ll enjoy your company!

So should I just bring the skid steer to make more fun, plus it's really fun, fast and easy way to "etch" in the donut hole spot to be!!!

Wish I could make it, but my buddy's mini-ex finally got refurb'd and he's coming out this weekend to knock a few more trees and pull up some larger stumps.

One of these days it'll be covered in snow & I'll finally have the mod to lock the rear w/o 4wd ... then we'll have a grand ol' time (or smash into large heavy objects) drifting though the field and woods.

You should bring it so I have some to wheel in. I'm an excellent skid steer driver!

No need to bother. I'm just more worried that zoomies will occur and an injury will happen. I'm sure they will because she likes to show off for people. She's a greyhound so 30-40 mph through a divot doesn't bode well for fragile dog bones. She won't run off, she just goes in circles. And she wouldn't leave me. I always want to bring her, but I know I'll regret it. Greyhounds aren't normal dogs. Especially mine. It's a pipe dream really.

Looks shiny! I need to do mine today... I'm finally getting to meet my co-workers in person for the first time. As the truck sits now... it's covered in mud, w/ dead tags and inspection. Not the best first impression haha.

Is is rude to bring a muddy truck to get inspected?

Would you want to inspect a muddy truck?

That's a horrible idea. What time?
If you didn't need the inspections, I'd take it like it is. Answer the question "Do you ever get it dirty?" before they can ask. Instead, "You do what?"
