I wonder if 5ft ramps plus the 2ft dovetail on my trailer is enough to put a Sentra on it or if I need to go get my buddy's 8ft ramps

probably gonna need the longer ramps now that I think about it. Needed the 8 foot ramps for the SC400 which has similar clearance though it was a bit longer

That's what I figured, looks like Cummins designed it well, it's threaded in, doesn't even occupy a freeze plug.

 

But does it roll coal?

When I put one on my Ford it was the same design. Threaded plug into one of the coolant jackets. Not sure why my dumbass build truck had a plow prep package with HD suspension and upgraded alternator but somehow didn't get the block heater/instant cab heater/heated seats that are supposed to come with

Could I just clear coat over primer grey?

 

That's what @Empty_Lord did to his Tundra, so why not I guess

It's not recommended. The clear won't bond to the primer very well or fight the elements since there is no pigment like in paint. Moisture will soak through the clear and primer.

 

I wouldn't expect it to do well
