Danny Carey is amazing. I used to think that Neal Peart from Rush couldn't be beat until I listened to Tool.

Great Band. I can listen to their music over and over again and still discover new things every once in a while.

I was lucky enough to see them in Kelowna at Propera Place. They are also known to play Vancouver.

Definitely Love Them. I started following TooL back in the Undertow tour days. I have been to 8 of their shows and I plan on seeing many more when they release the next album. The Opiate tracks are even good, not quite where they are on lyrics presently but still damn good.

I would have to say that my three favorite shows that I have been to are:

1998 - Dallas Fair Park Coliseum - Maynard came out as Reverend Maynard then later ended up in trademark shorts and bra.

2002 - Ft. Worth Convention Center - We got there and when we were walking up we had to make our way through a bunch of religious picketers protesting. I guess Maynard heard and decided to come out as Reverend Maynard again which is great.

2006 - SMU McFarlin Auditorium - This would have to be my favorite show. This was their warm-up tour for 10,000 Days which consisted of 16 shows. McFarlin only holds roughly 2400 people so it was more intimate than the other shows that I have been to.

Anyways, I Love TooL! Can't wait for the next album which will hopefully be sometime this year or early next year.
