The fact that the light alone cost $179, the two batteries M12 6Ah makes it an easy buy!

Although not Milwaukee they have a Husky 3/8 impact socket set on sale as well that looks pretty complete. When I added it to my cart it comes out to $39.97. I picked this up to go along with the stubby impact I bought a couple of weeks ago. I figure that I'll use this until I find a better set on sale and then make this set the one I take in the truck/Jeep and going to junkyards.

I’m in the process of moving so excuse the chest freezer acting as a temporary service cart…

Finally pulled the trigger on the big boy. Now I have the 3/8 stubby and the 1/2 high torque!

So I got some m12 tools (propress, tubing cutter, drain snake, rocket light), but my impact and drills are DeWalt 20v. Decided to give the m12 impact a try (only $60 on eBay for fuel 1/4”)… Still like my DeWalt better (brushless xtreme). The grip is much better. Milwaukee with the battery design is too bulky in the handle. Had to put up 100 fence pickets yesterday with the Milwaukee and now I’m over it

I just got one recently and I love mine. Walking to the mailbox the other day and heard my neighbor grunting under his RV trying to wrestle with a breaker bar and the suspension. I let him borrow it and the next day he brought it back and told me I converted him from DeWalt

As it turns out, the XC batteries have a three year warranty. And, as it further turns out, my battery was actually three years sad five months old. FML!!! I see knock-off circuit boards on eBay for $20, so may I’ll give that a try. Can’t really lose.

If you're bold you can solder in new batteries. I've done it.

The cells are fine, it's the control board that's the issue. Specifically, I think, the thermistor.

Anyone using any of the Milwaukee laser levels? They seem ridiculously priced compared to the equivalent Bosch models.
