    Yes, in for a little winter weather roller coaster ride. I live in lower, lower Michigan, we get weird weather changes in winter. The nearby golf course was open today, they will be cross country skiing on it in a couple of weeks.o_O

    I’m retired so I can speak more freely now, yes that’s my professional opinion.

    I worked too long as a crimes against persons detective so I’m a bit callous. There’s no “cure” for sex crimes, it’s not tied in to drug addiction like a lot of the property crimes are. Incarnations for long periods of time are the only fix. A few self selected when they knew we were coming for them, that solves the problem too.

    I did CAC for about 2 years. That was my limit and I told the boss no more. I was OK with CAP but moved on to Robbery/Homicide pretty quick. We didn’t have enough R/H to just do that so it was CAP in between. Got promoted to Sergeant and went back to the road for a while then came back as Detective Division Sgt for some more stress in my life. Lol
