Yeah, I had thought of that too but then I’d need to hope the listing is right and it has the led headlights… I’m guessing most if not all pros would now though…. Right?

For anyone that's installed these, how much do you have to drop the bumper? Really trying to avoid taking off this hidden winch bumper.

I have a CBI T3 front bumper with mid hoop and have successfully removed headlights a few times without removing bumper. I think you should be fine

Ok thx, this Warn goes over the bumper a bit. I'll just have to start taking shizzle off a little at a time.

@JFanaselle to the rescue on this one!

EDIT: No offense to Aaron, but I think Joe has recent experience with this exact situation from a "I don't do this very often" standpoint and might therefore be more able to sing a sweet lullaby to Brian about how it's all going to be just fine :)

I have the Body Armor Hiline winch bumper. Very similar to yours, but yours appears to actually cover the plastic bumper cover (where the plastic cover kind of wraps around the Body Armor bumper). In my case, I didn't even touch the Body Armor bumper. Once I unclipped the plastic bumper cover (from behind the grill and around the fender flares), it was extremely easy to flex and pull out of the way enough to access all of the bolts. I feel like it was actually easier, since the bumper cover flexes really easy after the bottom part is cut off.

2020, led, without sequential turn. What's does without sequential turn mean?

Damn, hope it doesn’t mean the DRL is not a sequential turn signal as well

I wasn't aware the led headlights came without sequential turn signal capability. Sequential turn signals light up in sequence from the grill side to the fender side as opposed to a solid turn signal flash like the factory mirror turn signals.

You can kinda see it in this video starting around the 50 second mark, although his camera is staring at the lights head on so it's kinda difficult to see.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wbp0-py8Sv0

It's also a function of the meso v5's, which is why I ordered those to match the factory led headlights.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_tJBFRkSSfY

I'd recommend ordering them with the sequential feature.

The white DRL also functions as an orange sequential turn signal.

Sequential is on both PRO and Non Pro Headlights. They just don't list it the same, they are the same headlight as far as function

    It's more reverse sequential*

Yea aware of that. But when I seen non sequential I was thinking it just goes a solid orange.

Yes, the headlights part numbers are the same that everyone uses except these from this Toyota website has that comment with theirs

Listen to the spike, people. Ignore Toyota’s description. Your choice is Pro or Chrome. The part numbers are littered through this thread. You will be happy with the purchase. These are universal truths.

Fair enough but I even commented after the post that the part numbers were the ones everyone uses and I figure they were the right ones but wanted to ask about it incase there was revisions or something but not any change to the part numbers.

This thread has many posts on the same basic questions. I’m not trying to sound cranky but more to explain why some of us have maybe slowed in our responses due to the frequency of repeat questions.

The short list is probably not much longer than this.

    1. What are the part numbers?
    2. What is the difference between pro and not pro?
    3. Why does the part description say sequential or not sequential?
    4. Are they plug and play or do I need to do something to connect them?
    5. Where can I get these for the best price?

It might be appropriate at some point to just make an info thread for frequently asked questions but the mega thread seems to be the gathering place. I don’t have any great ideas on how to assist those contemplating a pretty big purchase without having the confidence of spending hours with the product like some of the contributors.

The good news is that you really can’t make a mistake with these. If you buy them and truly don’t like them, it’s an easy sell. If you buy chrome and want black, @no vtec 4me can fix that or resell and buy the ones you want. If you dislike spending $85 on a harness, I have a DIY thread explaining how to cut and crimp and I’d even sell pigtails for cut and splice if anyone wanted that.

I do wish the first post had the part numbers. And a link to crashnburn80’s review.
