I had to run some romex behind a fireplace and had good luck with a piece of pvc pipe.

One of the two rooms is completely to studs with precisely 2 trillion drywall nails removed, the other room’s ceiling is removed. Read my deltoids are done for the day. The insulation was attached to the roof and all fell to between the ceiling rafters over the years, thankfully the spider web of electrical wiring held them in place while I removed the gypsum plaster, two or three batts fell on me. I hope I can muster the desire to remove the second room’s walls tomorrow, I doubt I’ll be able to pull nails too so that’ll likely be Friday. I thought pulling the nails was going to be quick and easy but that may have been longer and just as much work as pulling the gypsum.

Thought about leaving my tub, but nah it's all coming out, and yours is a little nicer anyway. Gust bathroom is practice for the Master haha.
I wanna do like a Bamboo/beach theme to capture like a tikihut outhouse type feel in the Guest and then the master will be all marble tile floors with black slate for the shower, not sure what type on the walls yet

Why would an electrician do this? This is also on a switch. He did not even loop the wire on the screw.

Isn't that just the press-in holes so you don't need to use the screws or am I looking at it wrong?

One black wires is on the brass screw but is not looped. The others are not. Thought all real electricians loop the screw terminals.

Got any PVC pipe lying around? Push it through and then tape the wire to it

HF to the rescue, they have a short kit and this is their long kit. Shorter pieces are better to assemble one at a time and feed in when you are pinched in tighter spaces.

Maybe it wasn't an electrician. I believe it's actually NEC to loop it.... that said I'm sure I've YOLO'd a few myself (engineer, not an electrician). To me leaving the 2nd screw out like that is way more dangerous, but I don't make the rules.
